Download File Browser on your Wear OS watch from Google Play.
Open the app, connect your watch to WiFi, then tap “Start Server”. You’ll see a QR code and a local URL.
Scan the QR code (recommended) or open the URL on any device on the same WiFi network. Then browse, upload, download, and organize.
